Hourly Service Calls

• Contact Brilliant Nights when service is needed

• Hourly rate for repairs is $79 per hour

• One hour minimum

• All replacement parts sold at suggested retail prices

Economy Maintenance Program - $299

• Two visits per year

• Replace any burned out bulbs

• Verify that each exterior light fixture is performing properly

• Aim and adjust exterior lights for proper illumination

• Inspect each exterior light fixture for damage or corrosion

• Labor to repair or replace inoperative or damaged fixtures is $25 per fixture

• Check transformer connections

• Adjust timers for proper turn on / turn off times

• Replacement bulbs and fixtures sold at 10% off suggested retail prices

Standard Maintenance Program - $449 

• Two visits per year + one floating check-up / emergency visit

• Replace any burned out bulbs

• Verify that each fixture is performing properly

• Aim and adjust fixtures for proper illumination

• Inspect each fixture for damage or corrosion

• Clean fixture lenses and photocell lenses

• Labor to repair or replace inoperative or damaged fixtures is $20 per fixture

• Check transformer connections

• Adjust timers for proper turn on / turn off times

• Replacement bulbs and fixtures sold at 20% off suggested retail prices

• Technical analysis to insure maximum life of transformers and lamps

Premium Maintenance Program - $799

• Three visits per year + one floating check-up / emergency visit

• Replace any burned out bulbs• Verify that each fixture is performing properly

• Aim, adjust, or relocate fixtures for proper illumination

• Inspect each fixture for damage or corrosion

• Clean fixture lenses and photocell lenses

• Includes labor to repair or replace inoperative or damaged fixtures

• Check transformer connections

• Adjust timers for proper turn on / turn off times

• Replacement bulbs and fixtures sold at 30% off suggested retail prices

• Technical analysis to insure maximum life of transformers and lamps
