Complex commercial lighting systems should be maintained to keep them functioning properly. Our professionals can ensure that your lighting system always looks and performs its best. We maintain systems installed by brilliant Nights, as well as those previously installed by other companies.

For the best, most consistent performance, we recommend a pre-paid maintenance agreement that is designed specifically for your business-taking into consideration the types of fixtures in use, traffic flow, expected wear and tear, etc. 

Note that when leasing one of our systems, regular maintenance is included in the lease price. Hourly service is also available. Contact us to get a quote on servicing or maintaining your system.

Hourly Service Calls

• Hourly rate for commercial repairs is $99 per hour 

• One hour minimum

• All replacement parts sold at suggested retail prices

Sample Commercial Maintenance Program

• Three visits per year + one floating check-up/emergency visit

• Replace any burned out bulbs

• Verify that each exterior light fixture is performing properly

• Aim, adjust, or relocate fixtures for proper illumination

• Inspect each exterior light fixture for damage or corrosion

• Clean fixture lenses and photocell lenses

• Includes labor to repair or replace inoperative or damaged fixtures

• Check transformer connections

• Adjust timers for proper turn on/turn off times

• Replacement bulbs and fixtures sold at 30% off suggested retail prices

• Technical analysis to insure maximum life of transformers and lamps
